■ Defective products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and we will replace it.

Exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
• If more than 8 days have passed since the product was received • Products that have been used or washed • Products that smell of perfume, tobacco, etc. • Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer • Products that are returned with missing items or accessories

■ Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience

We regret that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer convenience.

■ Return shipping fee

In the case of defective or incorrectly delivered items, we will cover the shipping costs.
